Tim spent his formative years in the south west before leaving the region to obtain a BSc Honours Degree at Oxford Brookes University. He spent many years in business development starting on a fast-track graduate programme in Somerset many years ago. Tim progressed to manage national sales teams and developed into numerous senior commercial roles with numerous scale-up businesses throughout the UK.

He later took on the post of Managing Director to turnaround the fortunes of an established £8m business in Devon. This success led to Tim being head-hunted to join the board team of a large automotive dealer group based in the south west, focusing on business transformation and process improvement. Tim subsequently established ginga business consultancy in 2019 in order to help deliver change and successful growth to businesses of all sizes.

For over 25 years, Tim has honed his commercial acumen in fast growing businesses within the SME and Corporate sectors throughout the UK. He is highly experienced in dealing with the challenges and opportunities associated with mergers & acquisitions and rapid growth.

Tim has a reputation for his energetic, positive, and determined approach whilst applying his skills at a strategic and operational level. His expertise includes business development, strategic planning, profit improvement, marketing strategy, change management and senior level mentoring.
